Terms of service

These terms cover the AI Took My Job Discord application (the “App”) and this website. The App is run by the officers of the AI Took My Job guild (“we”, “us”). By adding the App to a Discord server or interacting with it, you agree to these terms.

What the App is

The App is a hobby tool for a gaming guild. It helps members organize themselves in Discord. It is provided free of charge, as is, with no guarantee that it will work, keep working, or be available at any particular time.

Using the App

You may use the App only in ways that follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the rules of any server it is installed in. Do not use it to harass anyone, to spam, to collect other people’s information, or to interfere with its operation.

We may limit, suspend or remove your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Server administrators may remove the App from their server at any time.

Your content

Anything you submit to the App, such as commands, character names or availability, stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to provide the App’s features. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

No warranty and limited liability

The App and this website are provided as is and as available. We make no promises about accuracy, reliability or fitness for any purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App or this website. Because the App is free, our total liability to you for any claim is zero.

Not affiliated with Blizzard

AI Took My Job is a player guild. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft is a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment. The App does not interact with Blizzard’s services.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time by posting the new version here and updating the date at the top. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
